All items ordered will be shipped FREE of charge within the UK, meaning the price that you see per item is the price you pay.... no hidden extras! For delivery to non-UK addresses please contact us prior to placing your order for a quote.
Items will normally be shipped to you within 10 working days. Some items may take a little longer. You will be e-mailed an estimated delivery date once your order has been processed.
All orders will be sent first class by Royal Mail.
Returns
Once ordered photographic images are unable to be returned or exchanged as they are printed to order, the same applies to digital files, so please double check your order before purchasing.
Please be aware that the colours you see on screen may not exactly match those on the print you receive, especially if you are using a monitor that is not calibrated.
Please note that all photograph sizes are nominal. Additional to this, due to the varying aspect ratios of images there may be slight cropping of the image between the different size options.
All items will be quality checked prior to being dispatched. In the unlikely event of any quality issues, please contact us in writing within 7 days of receipt.
