Digital Image options explained:
Alongside prints, some images may have the option for you to purchase a digital file.
In order to keep things as simple as possible there are four main options to choose from:
1) 600 pixels on longest edge 72dpi (perfect for websites and social networking pages) Tagged, or
2) 600 pixels, as above, TagFree, or
3) 2000 pixels on longest edge 300dpi (perfect for printing) Tagged, or
4) 2000 pixels, as above, TagFree.
Tagged images are a more cost effective way of purchasing an image. They feature a “tag” which states that the copyright of the image is held by TiWiGi™, thus meaning that you don’t have to worry about forgetting to state the copyright details by the picture!
TagFree images are as the name suggests images without the aforementioned tag. Thus meaning all the attention is on the image itself, this also looks more professional. However you do have to state the copyright details by each image that is used.
All images no matter which format you purchase are copyright TiWiGi™. Copyright infringement is a criminal offence, so please make sure that you fully understand the following before deciding on which image format to choose.
TiWiGi™ Visual Creations asserts the statutory right to be identified as the copyright owner meaning that the “© TiWiGi.co.uk” will be printed on or in reasonable proximity to all reproductions of the Photograph(s.)
Manipulation of the image(s) or use of only a portion is prohibited, unless the photographer’s permission is granted in writing.
The images may only be used for personal and promotional use, commercial use* of the images is prohibited under the general terms and conditions, to purchase a license to enable you to use the images commercially please contact: Sarah@tiwigi.co.uk
*Commercial use: including but not limited to the sale of any image, or any item which contains the image.
The person purchasing the image is responsible for ensuring the above terms and conditions are met.
By purchasing an image you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

This website has been created and is hosted in the United Kingdom.
The terms and conditions (and accordingly all visits to this website) shall be governed by the laws of England and the court of England will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in relation to these terms and conditions.

Except as permitted below no part of the Website may be reproduced, displayed, copied, translated, adapted, downloaded, broadcast, used or republished in any form including (without limitation) distribution, or storage in a system for retrieval.
